Privacy Policy

This page was written by reading the code that actually runs, not by filling in a template. It lists every piece of data that leaves your machine, why it leaves, where it lands and how to have it deleted. No card number, no bank detail and no MetaTrader password is ever collected, because none of them is ever asked for.

Who is responsible for this data

FLownQus is the trading name behind this website, https://flownqus.online, and the FLownQus Maximus trade copier. It is run by one person, not by a registered company. The only support channel is email: contact@flownqus.online. There is also an Instagram account, @flinqus__, but anything about your data should go to the email, because that is where it will be read and answered.

The short version

  • An email address, if you leave one for the download or for updates. The download itself starts in your browser; nothing is held back waiting on an email.
  • An IP address and the rough country and city Cloudflare reads from it.
  • Nothing from the software. It is free, it has no licence check, and it never contacts a server of ours at all.
  • Nothing about your trades. The copier reads NinjaTrader and drives MetaTrader entirely on your own PC. Your positions, entries, stops and balances never leave that machine.

What the website collects

When you ask for a download

The download form asks for an email address and, optionally, a first name. When you submit it, this is sent to /api/lead and stored in a Cloudflare Workers KV store:

  • Your email address, and your first name if you chose to type one.
  • Which file you asked for, so it is clear what to send you and what to tell you about when it is updated.
  • The page language (English, Dutch or French), so a reply lands in the right one, and a source label recording that the address came from the website rather than from anywhere else.
  • Approximate country and city, which Cloudflare derives from your IP address. It is a region, not a street.

Why: to send you the download, and to let you know when the software is updated. Legal basis: performing the thing you asked for — steps taken at your request before and during a contract. For the update emails, consent, withdrawn in one click by the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Audience measurement

Vercel Web Analytics runs on the site. It reports how many people visit and which pages get read. It is used to see whether a page is worth keeping, never to identify a person and never to build a profile of you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works.

The home page, its Dutch and French versions and the copier page also send one small request of their own when they load. It carries two things: the path of the page and its language. No cookie, no identifier, no third party beyond Cloudflare, which is already running that Worker. It exists so the traffic can be counted next to the downloads it turns into. What is recorded from it is the page and the language — not who you are.

Being straight about the limit of your control here: those counts hold nothing with your name on them, so there is no record to pull back out of them on request. The way to opt out of both is a browser or extension that blocks analytics requests, and nothing on this site tries to work around one.

What is kept in your own browser

The site writes two things into your browser's local storage on your own device: a note that you already gave an email address, so the form does not ask a second time, and a copy of what you typed into it, kept so a failed request does not cost you the download. That data stays on your device, is never read back by anyone else, and clearing your browser data erases it.

What the software itself sends

Nothing. FLownQus Maximus is free and contains no licence check, so it never contacts a server of ours — not to register, not to validate, not to check in. There is no account number on record, no plan, no expiry date and no "last seen" timestamp, because nothing ever arrives to create one.

Until September 2026 the copier did check a licence, and that check held a MetaTrader account number, an email address, a plan and expiry, an IP address and a short list of account numbers seen behind the same IP. That check has been removed from the software, and those records are no longer created or used. If you want the old record of yours deleted, ask and it will be.

What is never collected

  • No card numbers, no bank details, no payment credentials of any kind. There is no card field on this site because there is no card payment. Payment happens on the Solana blockchain, directly between your own wallet and the receiving address. Nothing about your card or bank ever passes through here, because it never exists here.
  • Your MetaTrader password is never requested and never transmitted. The Expert Advisor runs inside your own terminal, which you logged into yourself. Nobody selling you a copier should ever ask for investor or master credentials, and this one does not.
  • Your trading is not collected. The NinjaTrader AddOn reads your account roughly five times a second and the whole exchange happens on your own PC. Positions, entry prices, stops, targets and balances are not sent anywhere.
  • No payment data at all. The software is free, so there is no card on file, no stored payment method, no automatic charge and no transaction history.

Who it is shared with

These are the only third parties involved, and each one is here for a named job and nothing wider:

  • Cloudflare — stores the mailing list (Workers and KV), and derives the approximate country, city and timezone from your IP.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and provides the Web Analytics described above.
  • Brevo — sends the update emails.
  • Resend, and optionally a Discord or Telegram webhook — notify the owner when somebody leaves an email address, so a person sees it come in.

That is the full list. Your data is not sold, not rented, not passed to advertisers, not passed to data brokers and not shared with any other trader or customer. It would only ever be handed over if a law genuinely required it.

What is not done here

  • Your data is never sold or rented. Not to anyone, at any price.
  • There are no advertising networks on this site. No ad pixels, no retargeting, no tracking you onto other websites.
  • There is no profiling. Nothing scores you, ranks you, guesses at your income or decides what to show you.
  • There is no automated decision-making of any kind. Nothing about you is scored, checked or refused by a machine; the free-trial check that used to be the one exception no longer exists.

How long it is kept

Email addresses given for the download and for updates are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. There are no licence records any more: the account numbers, plans and expiry dates the old licence server held serve no purpose now that the software never checks anything, and the copier itself stores nothing about you anywhere but your own PC.

No fixed number of months is invented for this page. The honest version is simpler: ask for your data to be deleted and it will be deleted, and anything with no reason left to exist gets removed rather than archived.

Your rights

You can ask, at any time, to:

  • See everything held about you, in a readable form.
  • Correct anything wrong — a mistyped email address, the wrong account number.
  • Delete it. Bear in mind that deleting the licence record ends the licence it belongs to.
  • Object to the use of your IP address and the account-number list for the free-trial check. The site counts are not on this list, because they hold nothing attached to you to act on — block them in your browser instead.
  • Withdraw consent to update emails, which also works with one click on the unsubscribe link in any of them.
  • Take your data with you in a portable file.

There is one way to use any of these: email contact@flownqus.online. A person reads it. There is no form to fill in and no fee. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Payments, in one paragraph

There are none. The software is free, nothing on this site takes a payment, and so no payment data of any kind exists to protect — no card, no wallet address, no transaction record, no billing history. The refund policy is correspondingly short, and the licence itself is covered by the terms. If something goes wrong, email contact@flownqus.online, because a person reads it and a person can fix it.

Changes to this policy

If what the software collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There will be no silent edit that quietly widens what is collected.
