1. Who you are getting this from

The trading name is FLownQus and the website is https://flownqus.online. It is operated by an individual, not by a registered company.

To complete: full legal name and postal address of the operator. Nothing is sold here any more, so the distance-selling rules no longer bite, but an online service is still expected to say who is behind it. Until they are filled in this page is incomplete.

There is one support channel and it is email: contact@flownqus.online. A person reads it. The Instagram account @flinqus__ exists, but it is not a support channel and nothing said there changes these terms.

2. What these terms cover

They cover the download, the installation and the use of FLownQus Maximus, which is free. Downloading or installing the software means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not install the software.

You need to be legally able to enter into a contract where you live, and to be permitted to trade the accounts you point the software at. That part is yours to check, not ours.

Two other pages belong with this one and say the same things at more length: the privacy policy, for what is collected and who processes it, and the refund policy, for the (very short) position summarised in section 10.

3. What the software is

FLownQus Maximus is a Windows trade copier. It mirrors positions from NinjaTrader 8 to MetaTrader 5 on the same PC. Everything that touches your trading runs on your own machine.

• On the NinjaTrader side an AddOn reads the account roughly five times a second. It never places an order there, and it never cancels one.
• On the MetaTrader side an Expert Advisor runs inside your own terminal, which you logged into yourself. Your MetaTrader password is never requested and never transmitted.
• Position size is recalculated from the stop distance so that the trade risks the percentage you chose. It is not a one-for-one contract copy.
• Stop loss and take profit are mirrored across.

The one thing that goes over the internet is the licence check. Your MetaTrader account number is sent to the licence server so it can confirm the licence is valid, and that server sees the IP address the request arrives from, as any server does. Your trades, your balance and your password are not part of it. The full list of what is kept is in the privacy policy.

4. What the software is not

This matters more than any clause below it, so it is stated plainly rather than buried.

• Not a signal service. It has no opinion about the market and never decides a trade of its own.
• Not financial, investment or tax advice, and not a solicitation to trade.
• Not managed trading. Nobody at FLownQus trades your account or has access to it, and no login to it is ever asked for. The account number is recorded, because the licence is tied to it; nothing else about the account is.
• Not a broker and not a custodian. No money and no positions are ever held on your behalf.

It copies a losing decision exactly as faithfully as a winning one. Futures and leveraged products carry substantial risk and most retail traders lose money. That is true with a copier and without one.

5. The licence you get

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and run FLownQus Maximus, free of charge and for as long as you want to. You are given the use of the software, not the software itself; all rights in it stay with the owner.

It is not bound to anything. There is no licence key, no registration and no expiry date, so:

• Reinstalling costs nothing and asks nothing. There is no trial to use up and no account to re-register.
• Changing PC or moving to a VPS changes nothing. Install it on the trading machines you personally operate.
• The software never contacts a licence server, because there is nothing for it to ask.

6. What you must not do

• Redistribute the installer or the software, in whole or in part. It is free from us, which is not the same as yours to hand on, mirror or bundle.
• Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise charge anyone for it. Free means free, including downstream.
• Republish it, or any part of it, under another name.
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software, except to the narrow extent the law where you live says you may do so regardless of this clause.
• Use the software to break the rules of your broker or your prop firm. Whether copying from another platform is permitted is a question for their rules, and it is your question to ask.

7. Price

It is free. There is no price, no trial that turns into one, and no paid tier above it. Nothing on this site takes a payment for the copier: no card field, no invoice, no wallet address, no subscription.

8. How it is paid for

The software costs you nothing, and it is honest to say where the money does come from: if you open a NinjaTrader account through a link on this site, we may be paid a commission by NinjaTrader as an introducing partner. That is disclosed beside the link itself, it adds nothing to what you pay them, and taking the software without using the link is entirely fine.

9. Nothing expires

There is no licence period, so there is no end to one. The copier does not stop opening positions on a date, does not check in with a server to ask whether it may keep running, and cannot be switched off remotely. What it does is what it did the day you installed it.

10. Refunds

Nothing is sold, so there is nothing to refund. You paid nothing for the software, and you can stop using it at any time by deleting it — there is no account to close, no subscription to cancel and no final invoice.

If something goes wrong — it will not install, it will not connect, the software misbehaves — email contact@flownqus.online. A person reads it, and a problem that can be fixed will be fixed. Free is not the same sentence as "no help".

Nothing on this page removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, where those rights apply and cannot be signed away.

11. The software is provided as is

FLownQus Maximus is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It is not promised to be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and no result is promised or implied.

It also depends on a chain of things that are not ours: your Windows machine staying awake, NinjaTrader 8 and MetaTrader 5 both running on it, your internet connection, your broker's server and their symbol names, and your data feed. A failure anywhere along that chain can mean a trade is copied late, copied at a different price, or not copied at all.

Test on a demo account first, and keep testing until you are satisfied with what you see. That is what the free week is for.

12. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FLownQus is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed or duplicated trades, slippage, incorrect position sizes, data loss, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the software or from being unable to use it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the licence the claim concerns — an amount that is, by design, very small.

Nothing here tries to exclude liability that the law does not permit to be excluded, such as liability for fraud.

13. Your trades are yours

You alone decide what to trade, when, and at what risk percentage. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any losses that follow, on the NinjaTrader account, on the MetaTrader account, or on both.

The software mirrors a decision you already made. It generates no trades and no returns of its own. If the decision was bad, the copier will reproduce it faithfully on a second account.

14. Suspension and revocation

The permission in section 5 can be withdrawn if the software is being abused: redistributed, resold, republished under another name, or used for something unlawful. There is nothing to switch off remotely, so in practice this means you no longer have our permission to use it.

If you believe a licence was revoked in error, email contact@flownqus.online and say so. Mistakes get corrected.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms can change — the software changes, and the page has to keep up. The current version always lives at this address, and the date at the top of the page is changed whenever the text is. Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept the new version.

Nothing here can reach back and charge you for a copy you already have. If the software ever stops being free, that applies to new downloads, not to the one on your machine.

16. Governing law

The governing law and the competent court cannot be stated here until the seller's legal name and address in section 1 are filled in, and inventing them would be worse than leaving them out. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in apply to you in any case.

17. Contact

Email contact@flownqus.online for anything at all: a question before you pay, a key that did not arrive, a bug, or a complaint. It is the only support channel, and a person is on the other end of it.
