Refund Policy
FLownQus Maximus is free. Nothing is sold, no payment is taken and no card or wallet is ever asked for — so there is no refund, because there is nothing to refund.
The short version
- The software is free. No trial that turns into a bill, no licence key, no subscription.
- No payment is taken, so no refund can arise. There is no card field on this site and no wallet address.
- To stop using it, delete it. There is no account to close and nothing to cancel.
If you paid for it before
The copier used to be free for seven days and then 3 USDT per 15 days. It is now free for everyone, with the licence check removed from the software itself rather than merely switched off on a server. If you are part-way through a period you paid for, you have lost nothing: the build you install now never checks a licence at all and never expires.
If you paid recently and would rather have the money back than the free version, email contact@flownqus.online and say so. A person reads it.
If the software does not work
Free is not the same sentence as "no help". If it will not install, will not connect to NinjaTrader, or misbehaves on your broker, email contact@flownqus.online with what you did and what happened. The installer also ships a diagnostic that names the broken link — run IF-IT-DOES-NOT-WORK.bat and send what it writes to your Desktop.
Your rights
Nothing on this page removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, where those rights apply and cannot be signed away.
What it is, and what it is not
FLownQus Maximus is a tool that mirrors positions you take yourself, from NinjaTrader 8 to MetaTrader 5, on your own PC. It has no opinion about the market and never decides a trade of its own. It will copy a losing decision exactly as faithfully as a winning one. Nothing here or anywhere on this site is financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing is a solicitation to trade. The software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, and nothing compensates a trading loss — it is a copier, not a result.
